Sold with Settlement Pending
In June 2008 Innovair Group the owner of the robocan pest control product agreed to the sale of its assets to multinational SC Johnson. The sale involved 15 per cent of the proceeds being held in escrow for two years. The final settlement amount is due in May 2010. The full proceeds of the sale have been distributed to Pohutukawa shareholders, with the final amount paid in June 2009.
In October 2009 Express Logistics Group agreed to the sale of the business to Toll Group.

BioPacificVentures
Pohutukawa has committed 10% of its committed capital to BioPacificVentures (BPV). BPV is a venture fund focussed on the life sciences, food and agri-tech sectors. BPV invests primarily, but not exclusively in early stage investments.
